To register as a member of My Dear Partner or use the Platform, you must meet the following legal requirements:

• Legal Age: You must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males in India).
• Marital Status: You must be legally single, divorced, widowed, or legally separated. Married individuals are strictly prohibited from creating profiles.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract and not barred by any applicable law.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. Creating duplicate profiles, false accounts, or profiles on behalf of third parties without their explicit legal consent is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All members must interact respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, fraudulent behaviour, solicitation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

My Dear Partner operates purely as an online intermediary platform for matrimonial matchmaking. We do not guarantee marriage outcomes or match compatibility. While we implement OTP and optional Government ID verification processes, Worexa Technologies does not conduct full criminal background checks on every user. Users are strongly advised to independently verify the credentials, character, family details, and background of any match before proceeding with personal meetings or financial decisions.

Certain premium features (e.g., contacting matches directly, viewing full contact details) require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed through third-party gateways and are subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worexa Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, interactions with other members, or inability to find a match.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false profile details, engage in fraud or abuse, or harm the reputation of the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Revised terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
